Gardener All Points Property Solutions Verbank, NY 12585 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team. Must be proficient and knowledgeable of gardening practices, perennial and shrub identification, planting, and pruning. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure the health and beauty of our outdoor spaces. The Gardener will be responsible for various tasks including planting, watering, pruning, weeding and maintaining the overall appearance of gardens and landscapes. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including: Weeding, edging, mulching, pruning, deadheading. Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to identify weeds, pests, or problems. Assist with landscape planting and design layout. Experience Valid driver’s license Physical strength and stamina (ability to lift 50+ lbs) Strong work ethic and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Able to take direction, learn systems, and see tasks through to completion Positive attitude and eagerness to learn At least 1 year of gardening or landscaping experience This is an all-outdoor position—our work is rewarding but physically demanding, and we expect candidates to be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Position is full time, part time can be considered based on experience/availability. Starting pay based on experience.
