Mowing Crew Leader Pristine Lawn & Landscape LLC Hamilton, NY 13346 “`Duties“`

• Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in daily tasks and projects
• Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Plant and maintain gardens, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Provide groundskeeping services, including debris removal and leaf blowing
• Oversee tree care activities such as pruning and tree removal
• Assist in the construction of landscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls “`Requirements“`
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Knowledge of various landscaping techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
