Job Description:
We’re seeking a Landscape/Hardscape Crew Member who can work alongside a team in the field landscape installation and maintenance projects, and/or hardscape design and furnishing. It is imperative that this person works to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
Work alongside a crew of 2-5 team members Interpret and execute landscaping and property maintenance plans and instructions Maintain project timelines and quality standards Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and skid steers Conduct routine maintenance of tools and vehicles Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Communicate with clients, foremen, and staff as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of landscaping experience Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and hardscape designs Valid driver’s license (clean record required; CDL is a plus) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs Good communication and leadership skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
