Guided by your Crew Leader you become essential in the successful completion of each and every project. Responsibilities and Duties

• Have the desire & ability to work during inclement weather, hot or cold days, and maintain a steady work pace throughout the entire day.
• Have knowledge of correct use of basic landscape & hardscape tools
• Can perform simple day-to-day duties with little assistance
• Know how to correctly install mulch, stone, fabric, edging or other preparation requirements of landscape beds
• Understands basic process for installing hardscape (patios, steps, walls, etc.)
• Clean out truck & trailer at end of every day
• Defer all client project questions/concerns directly to Crew Leader in a timely fashion Qualifications and Skills
• View, comprehend & pass safety training required for job.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• Ability to act and communicate professionally
