Job Description
Grounds Person – SO15
Area Hours:
40 hours per week
Pay:
£12.50 per hour We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds Person to manage the upkeep and development of our 13-acre site in SO15. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and general site maintenance Carrying out small landscaping projects to enhance the appearance of the grounds Overseeing the development of new outdoor areas Maintaining equipment and ensuring the grounds are safe, tidy, and well-kept at all times
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter with a proactive attitude Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership and enjoys creating and maintaining a beautiful outdoor space
