Full Time Location:
Bridgeville, PA Pay:
$16-$23/hr (based on experience and performance)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, starting at 7:30 AM | 8-12 hour shifts | 40+ hours/week We’re hiring a full-time Lawn Maintenance Team Member to join our growing lawn care division. This role involves hands-on work including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal lawn cleanups. We service both residential and commercial properties — every property is different, and no day is exactly the same. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to grow with a company that values and invests in its team.
What We’re Looking For:
Teachable attitude and an open mind — we’ll train you Good work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather Respectful, motivated, and team-oriented No experience is required. We’re happy to train the right person — we care more about attitude than background.
