Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Versatile Field Operations Associate . This role supports multiple companies and involves a wide variety of tasks including delivery driving, lawn and snow services, cleaning, construction demo, and more. The ideal candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions, be comfortable with physical labor, and take initiative to get the job done right.
Responsibilities:

Driving & Transport:
Drive company trucks and pull trailers safely. Deliver and pick up materials, tools, and supplies. Set up and deliver event tents and room equipment. •
Property Services:
Perform lawn care and landscaping tasks. Provide snow removal services during winter months. Assist with residential and commercial cleaning and cleanouts. •
General Labor & Maintenance:
Conduct construction demolition work as needed. Perform basic building repairs and maintenance. Set up rooms and equipment for events or business functions. •
Support Tasks:
Run errands such as purchasing supplies or transporting staff. Work across various company locations and projects as needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required). Experience driving trucks with trailers. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor. Knowledge of small engine/equipment repair is a strong plus. Prior experience with property maintenance, construction, or landscaping is helpful. Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management. Comfortable working in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow). Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred): Carpentry, painting, or minor electrical/plumbing experience. Forklift or skid steer operation. Experience working in event setup or moving services.
