Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our clients team in Butler, PA. This position offers competitive pay starting at $16/hr. It’s part-time, scheduled for 3 days a week (Monday to Friday), with occasional weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities:

Mowing lawns Trimming hedges Operating weed eaters and ensuring all weeds are properly removed Cleaning and maintaining equipment after each use Occasionally assisting with setting up tables and chairs for banquet events Performing standard groundskeeping tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Previous experience in hedge trimming and general groundskeeping preferred Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions This role involves regular outdoor activity and manual labor, so a good level of physical stamina is important Flexibility to adjust schedules due to inclement weather Willingness to assist with snow removal, salting, and occasional interior tasks during winter months
