Job Description
Building/Grounds Maintenance DBI, Inc. 660 Longview Rd, Fairmount City, PA 16224 We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job. Electrical knowledge required Plumbing knowledge required Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, replacing light bulbs and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed. Maintain grounds, including yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, plowing etc. Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal , etc. Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions. Report to CEO regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress. Performs other duties related as assigned Pay information will be discussed based on experience.
