Campground Maintenance Red Run Resort New Holland, PA 17557 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Campground/Resort Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making small repairs to water and electrical systems as needed. As well as maintaining the aesthetic appeal and overall health of our outdoor spaces. This role requires being flexible with schedule, a strong work ethic, and experience with handyman tasks. Duties Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, to ensure a well-manicured appearance. Repair water lines that break or have issues. Make small electrical repairs in emergency situations Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscape maintenance activities. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential issues. Being available during off hours for emergency calls from guests Maintaining regular upkeep of the pool and lake. Winterizing and de-winterizing water lines. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Experience Previous experience in groundskeeping and handyman services Familiarity with operating equipment such as utility tractor, lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
