United Zion is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our Maintenace team to provide exceptional care for our properties.
Job Summary:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trash collection, light bulb replacement, simple repairs, lawn mowing, and caring for greenery including pruning and weeding. Ensure safety by identifying hazards, documenting repairs per regulations, and maintaining tools and equipment like lawn mowers and snow removal machinery.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age.
Language Proficiency :
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Current and valid PA driver’s license in good standing to operate company vehicle(s). Valid PA driver’s license to operate Company vehicles as needed.
Experience:
Thorough knowledge of facility’s operation and physical layout. Familiarity with computer software. Use and function of various tools and understand the function of heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems; know how to operate lawn mowers, tractor, and various small, powered grounds equipment.
