Lighting Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape industry
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate mowers, hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
