Landscape helper Krasley Property Services Pottstown, PA 19464 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancement. This role involves working with various landscaping tools and equipment to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. Duties Operate power tools and equipment for landscape maintenance, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other machinery. Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure healthy grass growth. Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Irrigate landscapes effectively to promote plant health while adhering to water conservation practices. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs to maintain an attractive environment. Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil health and plant selection for optimal growth. Provide tree care services including tree trimming, pruning, and removal when necessary to promote safety and health of the trees. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is essential. Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, hardscaping techniques, and plant care is highly desirable. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent physical stamina as the role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and performing manual labor. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
