We are looking to add a motivated and dependable Landscaping Laborer to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

As a Landscaping Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the landscapes of our clients. Your responsibilities will include performing a wide range of landscaping tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, and maintaining various outdoor spaces, while working alongside a skilled team to achieve the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, mulching, lawn care, and irrigation work. Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) efficiently and safely. Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe. Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed to meet customer expectations. Follow company guidelines and industry best practices for landscaping maintenance and design.

Requirements:

Experience in landscaping or outdoor work is preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment. This position requires driving to Westerly, RI occasionally for the start of the work day and is hybrid between Warwick and Westerly. Why Work With Us? 4-

Monday to Thursday, with the option for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays (if desired) – Sundays off to enjoy your weekend.
