The ideal candidate will do/be/have:

• A clean background & driving record
• Experience driving a large dump truck and 16ft enclosed trailer
• Experience with many types of landscape equipment including Walker mowers
• Be willing to work as a partner and strive for growth
• Be honest, transparent, humble, and hard working
• Have 2+ years in commercial landscaping with a reputable company
• Possess a strong work ethic & attendance, eagerness to grow, sense of responsibility Because this is a new role with a young company, it can evolve rapidly and can start as either part time with two part timers, or can be a full time role with a good portion of the week a solo gig!

We are looking for a very unique individual and we are not afraid to pay adequately for the work! If you have 2+ years experience in commercial landscaping, can be trusted to do the job you were hired to do without micromanaging, and really want to grow with an expanding young company
