Job Description
Groundskeeper/Maintenance The Windjammer Surf Bar 321 Atlantic Avenue, Westerly, RI 02891 The Windjammer is seeking maintenance staff and grounds crew. We are a very busy beachfront restaurant in Misquamicut with our primary season running May to October. During the off season we work on projects to secure the building for winter and prepare for the following summer. Looking for candidates who have some skills for basic repairs, painting and janitorial tasks.
MAINTENANCE & GROUNDS CREW – RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. DAILY RESTROOM CLEANING TRASH AND RECYCLING PROPERTY WIDE SWEEPING PATIO & MOPPING FLOORS POWER WASHING WALKWAYS AND KITCHEN MATS. WATERING OF PALM TREES. SET UP TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50LBS FROM TIME TO TIME. YEAR-ROUND & SEASONAL POSITIONS. FULL TIME OR PART TIME. SHIFTS 9AM TO 5PM AND 5PM TO 1AM STARTING
@ $15-17/HOUR
