Landscaper/Machine Operator Position Available In Anderson, South Carolina

Landscaper/Machine Operator LandOne Group Pelzer, SC 29669 LandOne Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Grader to join our field team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in fine grading and experience operating skid steers. In addition to grading, this position will include sod installation and planting of trees, shrubs, and other plant materials . We specialize in premium residential and commercial landscape installations and are looking for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate skid steers and related equipment for rough and fine grading Prep sites and grade to precise elevations per plan, ensuring proper slope and drainage Install sod and plant material , including trees, shrubs, and perennials Read and interpret site plans and grades Perform jobsite prep and layout for landscape features Maintain equipment and perform pre-operation checks Collaborate with foremen and crew to ensure project quality and timelines are met

Qualifications:

Must have experience operating a skid steer Fine grading experience is required — candidates will be field tested prior to hire Knowledge of landscape installation best practices Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and tolerate varying weather conditions Valid driver’s license is a plus Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering quality work
