The ideal candidate will be responsible for the enhancement of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and healthy. This role involves a variety of tasks, including Sod installation, plantings, irrigation, landscape lighting, garden bed creation, hardscaping, demo, mulch, rock, pine straw, and more.. The Landscape Technician will work closely with the job foreman to meet the clients landscaping needs while utilizing hand tools and equipment effectively. Responsibilities Perform landscape demo and installations. Dig and prepare garden beds for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Build and maintain various landscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Operate hand tools and machinery safely to complete landscaping projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools and equipment after use. Skills Proficient in landscape construction techniques including sod installation, irrigation, and hardscaping. Ability to dig, and plant various types of flora effectively following provided plans and instruction. Experience with landscape construction a plus. Familiarity with using hand tools such as shovels, pruners, and rakes safely. Adhering to company standards and procedures a must. Capability to build landscape features with attention to detail. Excellent physical stamina for performing outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. $15.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
