Duties:

• Preform general maintenance and repairs for daily operational tasks of the facililty.
• Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
• Landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
• Irrigate plants, trees, and grass to ensure proper hydration.
• Use power tools and equipment, such as lawnmowers and trimmers, to maintain outdoor areas.
• Utilize hand tools, such as shovels and rakes, for various landscaping tasks.
• Use power tools for repairs of the indoor and outdoor facility and general maintenance tasks
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Lift heavy objects such as concrete bags, blocks, equipment, etc.
• Preform strenuous duties such as digging, shoveling, and carrying
• Must be comfortable using a ladder.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping and irrigation or related fields are preferred.
• Previous experience on basic maintenance and repairs is preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in extreme weather conditions including high temperatures, rain, or cold weather .
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
