Landscape Helper Plants at Work LLC Bluffton, SC 29910 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscaping practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various landscapes, ensuring that properties are well-kept and healthy. The Landscape Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to tree care, groundskeeping, and general landscape maintenance. Duties Perform tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance. Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, edging, and weeding. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants. Build landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls as needed. Prepare for seasonal changes by performing snow plowing during winter months. Maintain equipment by conducting routine checks and performing minor repairs when necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment. Familiarity with tree care practices, including trimming techniques. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation of equipment.
