ShoreCut Lawn Service is a Veteran owned, family operated residential and commercial lawn service company located in Goose Creek, SC. We are looking for someone that is dedicated and reliable to join our team. Most work will be outside in a variety of weather conditions/seasons.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead a landscaping crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outdoor spaces, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct a team of landscapers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Train and communicate effectively with crew members. Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify areas that require improvement or maintenance. Mowing, edging, pruning trees and plants, and maintaining equipment professionally and safely..
Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Groundskeeping, landscaping, and lawn care experience. Knowledge on maintaining and repairing equipment. Experience with garden maintenance and care. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Customer service experience. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
