We’re looking for a Fine Gardener to join our team of garden enthusiasts who are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

About Us:

We specialize in gardens—not grass . Our work focuses on perennial beds, seasonal flower installations, window boxes, planters, and detailed garden care. We maintain and install elegant, design-focused landscapes for residential and commercial clients throughout Charleston.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with garden maintenance: deadheading, pruning, weeding, mulching Use electric hedgers, gas blowers, ladders Help with garden installations: planting flowers, shrubs, small trees, and containers Maintain seasonal color in planters and garden beds Maintain fountains, irrigation systems for gardens Learn and apply plant care best practices Work outdoors in a variety of settings and weather conditions yearly Collaborate with a small, friendly team who takes pride in their work

What We’re Looking For:

Basic plant or landscaping knowledge (we’ll teach you the rest!) A good attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet for several hours Reliable transportation Attention to detail and care in your work Good communication and customer service

Bonus If You Have:

Previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance Familiarity with perennials, annuals, or lowcountry plants A love for design, color, and seasonal plantings
