We are looking for a detail oriented person that enjoys working on a high preforming team for high end residential gardens. Ideally you have two years working in residential landscape maintenance or a combination of schooling and experience. We are a small full service landscaping company with a great team that values work life balance. The Crew Leader position is responsible for execution of the daily & weekly maintenance routes for high-end residential clients. Continuing education is important in this role and we provide both on the job training and additional compensation for additional certifications. We are in search of an individual with two (2) years of experience in the Green Industry (Landscaping, Greenhouse/Nursery, Forestry, or Environmental Science) to learn to lead a crew maintaining some of Charleston’s most beautiful gardens. Field Skills/ Typical Days to include: Knowledge of Low Country plant material (Zones 8-10) Operate standard hand held and power landscape equipment (we are moving towards all electric power tools) Irrigation & lighting system troubleshooting (preferred) Clean driving record & license Ability to operate pickup truck and trailer Represent themselves and Carolina Landscape professionally Ability to lift and carry 50

LBS Compensation Package:

$20-24/hr based on experience Profit sharing bonuses
