In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure that properties are well-kept and thriving. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools for lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging. Perform landscape maintenance activities such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and mulching. Assist in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of properties. Build and maintain landscape features according to design specifications Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to lawn care. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods. A valid driver’s license is required.
