Job Requirements:

- Detail Oriented
- be able to consistently execute multiple (large and small) details at once
- Minimum of 2 years residential/commercial experience working for a landscape company.
- Flexible Schedule (Our schedule is weather dependent)
- Ability to perform duties alone with minimal to no supervision once you have been trained
- Ability to follow daily work orders with detail-specific jobs.
- MUST have experience using all types of landscape equipment such as: zero turn mower, edgers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws, pole saws, hedges trimmers, and chemical sprayers.
- You must be teachable and willing to learn our methods of landscape management. You will be considered for this position if you have the below:
- Valid and active SC Drivers License.
- 2 Years of residential/commercial landscape and lawn experience with references.
Description of work:
As a
LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER
you will primarily be responsible for the maintenance and oversight of high-end residential throughout the week. You will work with other Crew Members on projects to achieve daily work orders. You may take care of punch list items such as enhancement work, mulch, pine straw, and other specialty work. Mowing
- Walker Commercial Mowers Edging Pruning Spraying weeds Keeping Beds and Turf clean from Debris
- Full-Time position
- Our typical schedule is Monday-Thursday (10 hour days) Depending on weather
- Paid week off after 1 year
- Major holidays Paid off after 90 days
- Pay depends on experience.
- Normal work schedule is Monday-Thursday (10 hour days) with Friday OFF!
- Consistent pay 12 months out of the year
