Job Description Our Grounds person will be responsible for keeping the facilities and grounds of the company clean and safe. The primary duties include cleaning dirt and debris, removing trash, and carrying out ground maintenance. As a Grounds Person, you will: Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart as part of daily work
Empty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lots as needed
Dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers
Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas up to the highway
Sweep curbs and sidewalks
Clean grounds and remove litter
Empty trash cans in public area buildings
Empty dumpsters
Operate trash compactor
Empty recycle bins
Break down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containers
