Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Dig, plant, and irrigate as needed to promote healthy growth of grass and plants. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil conditions for optimal plant health. Monitor the condition of lawns and gardens, identifying any issues that require attention. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials on-site. Skills Proficiency in groundskeeping techniques and lawn care practices. Experience with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance. Ability to dig and prepare soil for planting effectively. Familiarity with landscape maintenance principles including pest control and fertilization methods. Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
