Full-time, 40 hours per week Typical day schedule: 7AM-5PM Objective To provide the highest level of service and response effectively and efficiently to clients by maintaining their lawns and constantly look to improve efficiencies, work closely with the assigned team, and stay educated in the field of grounds maintenance. Description The Grounds Maintenance Crew will work on a team using a variety of lawn tools to provide paramount service to DalaCasa clients by ensuring their lawn is maintained as often as directed by the Grounds Maintenance Manager.

Provide service to our residential and commercial customers by maintaining their lawn with attention to detail and as requested by the client. ? Achieve weekly production goals. ? Address customers’ questions, comments, and concerns or refer customers to a customer service representative at the office. ? Demonstrate knowledge and ability to explain our programs to current and prospective customers. ? Maintain truck and equipment by cleaning daily and storing properly. ? Efficiently and safely using lawn maintenance equipment. ? Safely drive a truck while pulling a lawn maintenance trailer. ? Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing and sharpening blades. ? Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues/concerns. ? Operate various machinery including commercial lawn mowers, edgers, string-trimmers, shears, blowers, etc. ? Operate hand tools including rakes, shovels, pruners, loppers, etc. ? Prune shrubs and trees, mows lawns, trims, and edges various parts of the landscape. ? Remove trash and litter on customer sites. ? Perform snow removal services as required during winter season. (as needed) ? Perform other duties as required and assigned. Professionally communicate information in user friendly terms regarding grounds maintenance needs to the client, either verbally or in written form. High school diploma or equivalent. ? 2-3 years related industry experience ? Spanish language a plus ? Knowledge of computer applications. (i.e. Gsuite) ? Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extremes of heat and cold. ? Must be able to lift and carry objects 50 to 90 pounds. ? Must have a current driver’s license and driving record that meets established requirements. ? Ability to drive a truck with a trailer. ?
