Landscape Crew Member Creed Outdoor Solutions Columbia, SC 29206 Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a passion for working outdoors, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Responsibilities Assist in tree care and tree trimming to ensure healthy growth and aesthetics. Engage in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Participate in hardscape projects including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, tree care, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and the use of hand tools is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from experienced crew members.
