The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and health of our landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces. This role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Duties Perform regular lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees by planting, watering, pruning, and weeding as necessary. Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Irrigate gardens and landscapes according to seasonal needs and weather conditions. Conduct routine maintenance on groundskeeping equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in landscape maintenance projects, including installation of new plants or features as directed. Ensure all areas are kept clean and free of debris to promote a safe environment. Experience No experience required — we can teach you! Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is advantageous. Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care practices is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks.
