Building/Grounds Specialist 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 506 N Guignard Dr, Sumter, SC 29150 Job Responsibilities Mows lawns, trims shrubs and hedges; edge walks and curbs. Picks up trash on grounds and in parking lots. Weeds plant and flower beds. Maintains existing landscaping including flower beds, trees, shrubs, and irrigation. Trims trees once a year. Maintains and repairs grounds keeping equipment. Replaces and repairs ceiling tiles, lights and changes batteries in clocks. Rearranges and moves office furniture and performs office renovations as needed. Assists maintenance staff with maintenance repairs. Minimum and Additional Requirements Experience in custodial, housekeeping or pest control work that is directly related to the area of employment.
