Role:

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the property’s exterior, interior and common area spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values curb appeal, cleanliness, and community care.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, including walkways, parking lots, dumpster areas, and outdoor amenities. Perform daily trash pickup, debris removal, and general tidiness across the property. Ensure common areas such as pool decks, playgrounds, and outdoor gathering spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Support seasonal landscaping efforts such as mulching, leaf blowing, snow/ice removal, and watering. Report safety concerns, maintenance needs, or vandalism to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Lead. Assist with light exterior maintenance, including pressure washing, painting touch-ups, or replacing light bulbs. Follow safety protocols and use equipment and cleaning supplies in accordance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or landscaping roles is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift to 50 lbs. A self-motivated individual with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
