Landscape Tech Elkins Brothers Land Management LLC Joelton, TN 37080 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and design. This role involves various tasks related to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are both beautiful and functional. The Landscape Technician will work with a variety of tools and equipment to execute landscaping projects, including hardscaping, shrub trimming, shrub removal/install, plant install, mulching, basic weed management, and trimming. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance landscapes by performing regular upkeep tasks such as mowing, edging, weed management, and planting. Build hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls to improve outdoor aesthetics. Conduct tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and safety in outdoor areas. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment. Proficiency in using power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws. Experience in hardscape installation techniques including pavers, stones, and walls is a plus. Knowledge of tree trimming practices for health and safety is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks such as shovels, rakes, and pruners. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work in all aspects of landscape maintenance.
