The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, including lawn care, irrigation, and the use of various hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy grass growth. Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to maintain optimal moisture levels. Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various landscaping tasks. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning, weeding, and planting as needed. Operate power tools such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers safely and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair. Assist in landscape design projects by preparing soil and planting new vegetation. Maintain cleanliness of all groundskeeping equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety. Skills Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices. Experience with irrigation systems to effectively manage water resources. Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks. Ability to operate power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols. Strong attention to detail in maintaining the aesthetics of outdoor spaces. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
