A local apartment complex in Knoxville is looking for someone to come in and assist with Groundskeeping/Maintenance. This is a Monday-Friday, day shift position, and the pay starts at $15/hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining other landscaping features. Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or replacing fixtures. Assisting with “make-ready” duties when requested. Removing trash from all buildings, especially the exterior, on a daily basis. Helping clean and prepare market-ready units. Applying mulch, fertilizers, and pesticides as needed. Repairing and replacing windows, screens, and sliding glass doors.
