Join our team at Max Care Landscape! We’re a locally owned and operated landscaping company, and we’re hiring motivated, hard-working individuals for the 2025 summer season. If you enjoy working outdoors and want to earn great summer pay while learning valuable hands-on skills, this opportunity is for you! Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and weeding to keep properties looking pristine. Dig, plant, and maintain gardens, ensuring proper care for flowers, shrubs, and trees. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls to enhance outdoor spaces. Operate power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and basic mechanical repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards. Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding Skills Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Ability to dig, plant, and maintain various types of gardens effectively. Must be 17+ years old Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Punctual, reliable, and a team player Experience preferred but we’ll train the right people!
