The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that lawns and gardens are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to operate various tools and equipment effectively. Duties As a Lawn Care Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Performing lawn care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and watering to promote healthy growth. Trimming trees and shrubs to maintain shape and health while ensuring safety. Utilizing hand tools and power tools for various gardening tasks, including digging, planting, and building garden beds. Maintaining equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as needed. Communicating with clients regarding their lawn care needs and providing recommendations for improvement. Experience The ideal candidate will possess: Mechanical knowledge to understand the operation of lawn care equipment and tools. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience in lawn care practices, including maintenance techniques for gardens and landscapes. A background in tree trimming or landscaping is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and maintenance.
