This role is essential in keeping our grounds attractive, healthy, and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Maintain plants across the property, including watering, pruning, weeding, and planting. Perform general landscaping tasks such as raking, leaf blowing, and mulching. Keep pathways, entrances, and outdoor areas clean and debris-free. Assist with seasonal plantings and special landscaping projects. Operate landscaping equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain a neat and organized appearance of outdoor spaces. A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle are required for this position.
Qualifications:
Proactive and able to identify what needs to be done and take action independently Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
