Landscaping Crew Member Ace Lawn & Yard LLC Monroe, TN 38573 Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our landscaping team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces. This position involves a variety of tasks related to tree care, lawn maintenance, and general landscaping duties. Ideal candidates should have a passion for working outdoors and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform tree care activities including tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Execute lawn care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and dethatching to maintain lush green lawns. We also do hardscaping such as patios and walkways. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Engage in groundskeeping duties, including debris removal and maintaining clean outdoor spaces. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Experience in tree care and tree trimming is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques is beneficial. Proficiency in operating hand tools and power tools relevant to landscaping tasks. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices, including mowing techniques, debris management and hardscaping. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating strong communication skills. A willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
