The ideal candidate will be responsible for various landscaping tasks, contributing to the beautification and maintenance of outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and irrigation. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Care for trees through proper trimming and maintenance techniques. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Maintain gardens by weeding, mulching, and planting seasonal flowers. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Follow all safety protocols while working on-site. Skills Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance. Experience in garden care and landscape design principles. Proficiency in tree care techniques including tree trimming and pruning. Ability to build hardscape features with attention to detail. Mechanical knowledge for operating various landscaping machinery. Strong physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as digging, planting, and mowing.
