The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves operating various mowing equipment and performing tasks related to lawn care, hardscape installation, landscape lighting, irrigation installation and maintenance, and more. The Mower will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities Operate mowing equipment efficiently to maintain lawns and landscapes. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, edging, and trimming. Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios and walkways. Build garden beds, dig holes for planting, and ensure proper soil preparation. Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal as needed. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic mechanical repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary. Ability to build, dig, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and hardscape, lighting, and irrigation installation is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Must have valid driver’s license.
