Campground Maintenance Crew Member Uncle Jim’s River Cove Campground 2575 Pittman Center Road, Sevierville, TN 37876 Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Maintenance/Grounds Crew team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces, landscapes and lawns as well as upkeep of campsites. This role requires a combination of physical stamina, attention to detail, a passion for outdoor work and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks. Maintain flower beds and other landscaped areas through planting, weeding, and irrigation. Proper watering of plants and lawns. Assist in landscape maintenance projects such as planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Regularly inspect grounds for cleanliness and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Prepare campsites for guest arrival and clean after departure. Experience Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Previous camping experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with the use of power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks performed. Customer service oriented to interact with guests in the campground.
