The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service. Duties Perform thorough cleanliness, including changing trash inside and outside of the building as well as around the parking lot, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms also light landscaping tasks such as taking care of the plants, bushes, and weeds around the building. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Chief Engineer promptly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, patios, indoor pool and dining areas. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Collaborate with management staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform floor care tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
