Uniform allowance Anniversary reward program Job Summary A Groundskeeper will be responsible for performing general upkeep of the grounds of the property and providing a clean, safe environment for the residents. Essential Functions Maintains a clean and safe environment for residents. Completes a daily walk-through of the property and removes all trash and debris from the grounds, parking lots and walkways. Clears trash and debris from doorways and walkways for each building to ensure safe access for the residents. Performs year round grounds maintenance including snow and ice removal if needed. Performs minor building/unit maintenance repairs. Relays work orders for maintenance from requests by residents to maintenance and office staff. Resets circuit breakers, change switch/outlet plates, replace light bulbs, smoke detector batteries and other light work orders. Shuts off water valves when necessary and other light plumbing services. Assists with special projects as needed. Demonstrates regular and consistent attendance as outlined by company policies and procedures. Performs all other projects as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Requirements Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated basic groundskeeping skills Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Good interpersonal skills Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations as necessary with your own transportation. Education and Experience Minimum of six months work experience Physical Requirements Ability to kneel, crouch, stoop Ability to climb stairs Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions Ability to reach above and below shoulders Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, pull, manipulate tools, machinery, objects Ability to work above ground Premier Housing Management & Development, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
