Grounds Crew w/ Zero-Turn & Large WalkBehind Mower Experience Essential, + Detail Background Check CMA Services Inc Contract Mgr Kingsport, TN 37660 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Grounds Crew team for a, FOUR DAY Mon-Thurs 40 HR WEEK. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and grounds maintenance, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas. Duties Maintain landscapes by performing regular lawn care, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Assist in hardscape installation and maintenance, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Clear snow from walkways and driveways during winter months as needed. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic mechanical maintenance as required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating hand tools and power tools is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment upkeep. Experience with snow plowing, lawn care techniques, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, tree trimming, and mowing practices will be advantageous.
