Ole Goat Lawn Care- Mowing Tech Ole Goat Lawn Care Johnson City, TN 37604 Job description Come join Ole Goat Lawn Care , a growing business where we invest in your success! We are looking for a mowing tech to join our team. This position starts at $15/hr, with opportunities for pay increases as you gain experience and master new skills. As you grow with us, you’ll have the chance to advance into leadership roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the art of edging, trimming, and blowing debris
- Softscaping techniques
- Receive full safety training
- Operate zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, Stand- on mowers and aerators
- Have the opportunity to advance Into leadership roles

Job Requirements :
Must be proficient operating walk- behind and zero turn mowers. Must be proficient at weed eating. Must be on time every day Must be motivated and good with time management Must have a valid drivers license Must have reliable transportation Able to work in hot and uncomfortable conditions Available Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays if needed If you’re ready to grow with us and build a career, apply today!
