Landscaper/Gardener USL Franklin Commercial Landscaping Franklin, TN 37064 We’re looking to hire Landscapers & Gardeners to join our team. We offer the most competitive wages & benefits in town. Wages will vary based on the job Position, Experience & Work output, we offer an hourly wage of up to $22/hour for Experienced Landscapers / Gardeners. Work includes using standard landscaping equipment, maintaining records, monitoring and ensuring work product and schedules with highest quality. Crew leader shall also ensure safety, training, mentoring of their team and provide management employee performance feedback. The Crew Leader will be responsible for completing work orders and electronic record-keeping for each project. This type of work subjects the employee to outside environmental conditions, extreme temperatures, and hazards associated with equipment operation including fumes, oils, gases. The Crew Leader must be able to safely lift 70 lbs.

Technical Skills:

 Perform and oversee various landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching, mowing, and irrigation system installation and maintenance.  Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.  Identify and solve problems related to plant health, irrigation observance and effectiveness, and landscape design issues. Qualifications  Must have experience operating all landscaping related tools & equipment  Must speak English  Bi-lingual a plus but not required  1-2 seasons of landscaping experience If you’re interested in joining our team, feel free to apply today!
