Lawn Care Crew Member Spencer’s Lawn & Landscaping,LLC Franklin, TN 37064 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that lawns and gardens are well-kept throughout the seasons. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance. Carry out landscape maintenance duties such as weeding, mulching, and planting. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with tree care activities including tree trimming and pruning. Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Build landscape features as needed, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of properties. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while ensuring high-quality results. Requirements Experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality work is delivered consistently. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscaping techniques. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
