Tree Service Groundsman Rooted Tree Care Mount Juliet, TN 37122 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hard working Tree Service Groundsman/Apprentice to join our team. We are a new and fast growing tree service and the ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good at following directions. Responsibilities Operate various equipment such as chipper, mini skid etc. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery or working at heights. Requirements Experience in tree service is a plus but not necessary. Must have reliable transportation and must be on time every day. Desire to learn how to climb is a plus once a strong foundation of ground skills are in place. Knowledge of tree care practices would be a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions, carry branches and logs in excess of 100lbs, physical stamina is a must. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. A valid driver’s license is required Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions well. Must be proficient in the English language
