The Landscape Technician will work with a variety of tools and equipment, contributing to the overall beauty and health of landscapes. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Dig, plant, and maintain gardens, ensuring proper care for plants and trees. Implement irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage for landscapes. Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as necessary. Build landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility in outdoor areas. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with power tools and mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
